Thanks Marteen.  The compilation looks very valuable, and I intend to  
purchase it - $10 is very reasonable for what, I suspect, will become  
worn with use in time.  But, currently, my university does not have  
access to the Stata journal, and after much searching online, I  
cannot find a pdf version of Franklin's 2006 article you cite.  Do  
you have some other suggestions to get it?  I am not interested in  
buying the article for $17.  Or is there another web-based resource  
you could direct me to?
