st: New SSC package -richness-: calculation of richness measures

Dear all,

Thanks to Kit Baum, a new package called -richness- is 
available from the SSC Archive.

-richness- computes the following richness measures based on the (income)
distribution for each variable specified: headcount ratio and PSS a series
of newly defined richness measures (see Peichl, Schaefer and Scheicher
(2006)).

To install the package, type

 . ssc install richness

-richness- is compatible with Stata 8.2 or newer.
