Unless you know something that I don't, Julian is still my colleague
here at Heriot-Watt. :)
I have been pestering Julian for a while about getting this estimator
out into the public domain. Julian is working with a colleague on what
sounds like a turbocharged version, but maybe he has a -dhurd_p- lurking
somewhere on his hdd that he can put on his website in the meantime.
