Patrick Royston suggested that I inform you that his current version
(version 1.1.4 PR 26jul2006) of <micombine> does run when gllamm is
used as other_regression_cmd (see <help micombine>), although you
receive the following warning "Warning: gllamm is not a certified
regression command for micombine. micombine will continue
mechanically, but correct results are not guaranteed. You must take
responsibility that Rubin's rules are appropriate here." Patrick wrote
that he'll contact Kit Baum to have his latest version on SSC soon.
