Thanks for taking the time help me on this. The problem I appear to
be having is the nature of the panel. It starts like this:

To reshape the data, I have to use a nested reshape option like this:
reshape wide ir, i(fip age race sex) j(year)
But I can't seem to find a similar option in -tsset-.
