st: bug fixed in stcompet (cumulative incidence)

Dear Stata Users,

a bug has been found in stcompet. The problem rises when in stset 
statement the exit() option is specified.

Thanks to Kit Baum the corrected version of stcompet is now available 
on the SSC Archive.
