i am trying to use xtivreg2...stata requires the update version of
ivreg2..but I have updated my ivreg2, and yet xtivreg2 does not
work..yet stata requires update version of ivreg2..
do you know where to find the right update version of ivreg2 for usnd
xtivreg2?i.e. the update ivreg2 version required is the 2.1.15 or
after version of ivreg2..
