Does anyone know how to do the marginal effects of interaction terms after
clogit (conditional logit)?
The --inteff-- function is only for logits and probits.
Added complication is that the form of the equation is: clogit y x1 x1x2
x2 is not entered separately into the equation it is a characteristic of
the group and therefore has no within group variance.
