Caro Fernando:
Maybe the introduction on chapter 8.4 of Regression Methods in
Biostatistics, of Eric Vittinghoff and others, a book that uses examples
running Stata, could help. If you get some really more easy approach, please
tell me!

Dear all,
this is not a Stata question. However, I would be grateful if someone
could
indicate reference(s) on Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE), readable
and that may be understood by an epidemiologist with some background in
Biostatistics.
Thanks in advance.
