st: kdens2 update

The kdens2 routine (bivariate kernel density estimation, with 3-D  
graphics courtesy of Ade Mander) has been updated to correct  
anomalous behavior of the -replace- option, which now works as the  
help file indicates. The revised routine may be accessed from SSC or,  
if already installed, via adoupdate.
