st: Post estimation of probabilities and marginal effects after GLLAMM

I am using GLLAMM to estimate a three-level random intercept logistic regression
model. I would appreciate if any one suggests me i) how to estimate
subject-specific and population-averaged probabilities, and ii)ways estimate
marginal effects. Thank you in advance for your support.
