-stcmd- is a program by Roger Newson. 

Its support for Unix/Linux is
discussed in its help and also 
in the program file itself. 

The most immediate problem from what
you say appears to be in your do files, 
with Windowsy flags like /t /y. I 
guess that you will need to translate
these to whatever is needed, which is 
less trouble than otherwise with a good
text editor.
