st: levinlin

The levinlin routine of Baum and Bornhorst (Levin-Lin-Chu panel unit root test) has been corrected to deal with an obscure bug related to variable names in the user's dataset. Thanks to Lilin Liang for bringing this to our attention. The corrected version is available from SSC or via adoupdate.
