I am running an iv regression using the following command:
ivtobit y x1 x2 x3 (x4=x5 x6), ll(0)
Stata returns the following message:
Fitting exogenous tobit model
could not find initial values
r(498);
I tried reinstalling the package, but no change. In fact in one computer, after trying to reinstall ivprobit-ivtobit6, it actually returned the error message, whilst it was working fine prior to this.
Please help!.
