Thanks. My apologies. I am estimating random effects GLS. But even when I run a fixed effects and OLS of the same model the 2 median and mean-deviations for education and training are dropped. I am using a cross-section data, with different firms and workers. Iam using
xtreg y x1 x2 x3, re
 for full time workers only.

We need a little more info to help you. E.g. what model are you
estimating ? With which data ? Which regression command ?

Can anyone please tell me why when two median_deviations', that is,
median_deviationeducation and median_deviationtraining are used they are
dropped from a regression.
