In "Nonparametric statistics for the behavioral sciences," (2nd ed.,
Siegel & Castellan 1988), a procedure is outlined (p.194-199) for
partitioning degrees of freedom in r x k contingency tables in order to
adjust for multiple-comparisons (analogous to Tukey or Scheffe for
continuous data). Has anyone written a do file that implements this
procedure?
