Thanks to Kit Baum, the -tabexport- package
has been revised on SSC.
It grew out of a demonstration program
posted on this list, but won't quite fade away.
Kit himself and also Fred Wolfe made various
helpful comments, which are reflected in the
latest version of the code.
That said, I have no ambitions for this growing
into a "do everything" table export program
and it is not nearly as big a deal as some
more substantial programs in the same territory.
If your problem is not what the help file
describes, you need another program.
Stata 8.2 is required.
. ssc desc tabexport
tells you more and
. ssc type tabexport.hlp
tells you even more.
