Same applies to much more common "Marteen" instead of "Maarten"
I have not found any explanation for this mistake (e.g. native
language of the author), except that my name is hopelessly
complicated for non-Dutch person (for a reasonable attempt by a
non-Dutch person at pronouncing my family name listen to
StatTalk nr 7)
