st: overidentification test after reg3

Dear all,
I am using reg3 with stata9 and I wanna run the overidentification 
test using the formula (12.78) in Davidson and MacKinnon. But things 
are likely to be very tricky. Can someone give me a guideline on how 
to make it ? Many thanks in anticipations.
