Lieu:
If you click on st0042 in the upper left corner than you will move to the next
page giving a summary of that package and underneath the description,
right of the instalation files it says (click here to install) . If you do that it
should install. After that you can type -help miappend- or -help mifit- and
read how the program should be used.
