st: gologit2 2.1.3
Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of gologit2 is available. The
changes all involve gologit2's ability to work with post-estimation commands.
* mfx did not work correctly after running gologit2. Revising
gologit2's predict command solved the problem.
* gologit2 allowed equation names with spaces, i.e. if the variable
label for Y included spaces then so would the corresponding equation
name. However, I found that this caused problems with some
post-estimation commands. (mlogit can cause the same
problems). Spaces are therefore now changed to underscores. This
may make printouts a little less aesthetically appealing but
hopefully the added functionality is worth it.
* The results from the alternative gamma parameterization can now be
saved in a format that makes them easily usable with post-estimation
table formatting commands like outreg2 and estout, e.g. you can do
something like
gologit2 y x1 x2 x3, g(gamma1)
gologit2 y x1 x2 x3, pl g(gamma2)
outreg2 [gamma1 gamma2] using mygamma, replace nor2 long onecol
