I apologize for being the purveyor of bad (or, at best, out-of-date)
information. Googling on "stata text editor" pulled up the old url
first. Adding faq (i.e., "stata text editor faq") pulls up the up-to-
date version first. Thus, I was the victim (or perpetrator) of "lazy
googling".
