What do you mean with predictive efficiency? A citation like 
(Menard 2004) is not enough in a multidisciplinary list like
Statalist.

I`m running a probit model
I need to calculate some Predictive efficiency indexes (menard 2000)
I`ve tried with "lstat" command (it gives me the classification table) but
I would like to know if there exist some way to calculate the indexes not
by hand
