Well, if this little pet project of mine ever turns into a paper, I'll
be sure to let you guys know. But I've always been partial to REVERSE
alphabetical order, myself... ;-)

Who am I to argue with published style rules, though, I kinda
like not to add spaces around the * operator and add spaces around
the + operator. It helps me to visually keep track of which operation
is carried out first.

Buis, Cox and Vaisey sounds good to me. Alphabetism rules KO!
