st: ado-mode updated

Hello Statalisters,

Ado-mode, and emacs major mode for editing Stata ado and do files,  
has been updated to version 0.91.2. The update is quite small --- it  
includes the new Mata functions introduced in the 20jan2006 Stata  
executable update, and it includes a way to get ado-mode running on  
versions 21 and earlier of emacs.
