st: axis_options for "graph box"

I am trying to put a Y axis on both the left and right of a
box-and-whiskers plot.  For a histogram this can be done with the
following:

twoway (hist mpg, yaxis(1 2))

The manual implies the following is legal, but the Stata response
suggests otherwise:
graph box mpg, yaxis(1 2)

Any suggestions about how I am misreading the manual?
