st: Insufficient memory for saved estimation result xrx r(950)

I am running an ivreg with a large number of interactions (some 3900) and
get the error message above. Is this a problem of memory allocation (set
mem, currently already set at 3850000)? How can I get around this problem? I
would appreciate your advice. Best,
