st: clemao_io

The clemao_io package of unit root tests for series with one or two  
structural breaks has been updated. The routines failed if there were  
variables in the dataset named cv*. That has been fixed, and the help  
files have been clarified to properly reflect optional options. The  
package may be installed from ssc.
