Richard Williams wrote an extensive program to do generalized ordered logit called -gologit2-. You
can get a short description by typing -ssc describe gologit2- in Stata, and you can install it by
typing -ssc install gologit2-. (It is conventional in Statalist to surround commands to by typed
in Stata by "-", so don't type them.) More information can be obtained from Richard's website:
http://www.nd.edu/~rwilliam/gologit2/index.html
Hope this helps,
Maarten
