Common mistake. If you type
which ivreg2
from within Stata, you'll see that you don't have the most recent version.
The above are the most recent versions _published or announced in the
SJ_. If you type
findit ivreg2
from within Stata, further down the list will be the very latest version,
available from ssc-ideas at Boston College.
