I did this only last week, and used the brute force solution - I
simply selected the output, used 'copy table' and pasted the
resulting stuff into a spreadsheet. If you don't have a lot of
variables, and you don't want to leave everything documented in a do-
file, then you might consider this.
I actually hesitate to use tricks like this. Anything than cannot be
left in a do-file is asking for trouble. For the same reason, I use -
graph export- rather than 'save as...'
