I apologize if this question has been answered in the
past. I had used successfully set memory 1024m with
version 8 in the same machine where version 9 is
giving me the following error:
. set memory 1024m
op. sys. refuses to provide memory
r(909);
I cannot understand why V9 is pointing to the
operating system when V8 is capable of allocating the
space in the same machine. The data files we use most
times need about a gig.
Any suggestions about how to go around this error and
allocate the memory I need?.
