st: Update to -rrlogit- on SSC

The -rrlogit- package has been updated on SSC.

 . rrlogit ..., noconstant

did not do what it was supposed to. Thanks to 
Jesper Kj�r Hansen from Denmark for pointing 
this out.

The bug is now fixed. Type

 . ssc install rrlogit, replace

to install the update.
