I am looking for Stata code to estimate a two-part random-effects model
(Olsen MK;Schafer JL; "A Two-Part Random Effects Model for
Semicontinuous Longitudinal Data" Journal of the American Statistical
Association 2001 Jun: 96(454); 730-745).

Also does anyone know if Stata can do seemingly unrelated regression
with random effects for repeated observations over time?
