I was hoping to use the IClad.ado procedure with fixed
effects. I am a bit puzzled as to how to get this to
include a fixed effect.
In principle, I more or less get that ICLAD should be
able to do the symmetric censoring across pairs of
observations for an individual, as Chay & Powell
discuss, but I haven't been able to decipher the code
to figure out how to get it to do this.
