Re downloading materials from SSC to a non-internet-connected machine:
Olle mentioned wanting to 'update Stata 8 and download psmatch2...'
Note that psmatch2 requires Stata 9, since it is now written
partially in Mata. The older version of psmatch2, compatible with
Stata 8, is available from the author's website. But 'net install'
from that website is the same mechanism as 'ssc install' utilizes, so
the caveats from my prior message equally apply.
