st: LFM for count models

Dear Stata user,

Did anyone try to estimate the Linear Feedback Model for count models 
described in:
Blundell, R., Griffth, R., and Windmeijer, F. (2002). Individual effects and 
dynamics in count data models. Journal of Econometrics, 108:113�131

If any of you has the stata codes for this model it would be of great help,
