There is a little typo here. It should read Kohler und Kreuter.
Apparently, these two authors have just put together a new edition
that is updated for the use with Stata 9.0. It said so in the last
"THE STATA NEWS" (April/May/June 2005):
"Kohler U, Kreuter F: Data Analysis Using Stata. Stata Press. 2005.
The ISBN is 1-59718-007-6"
I have worked with the older edition which is for Stata 6.0 (and may
be only available in German...). It was good book to start with, at
least for me.
