I want to estimate a hierarchical Cox regression model.
More specifically I'm doing an individual patient data meta-analysis
using data from 4 trial and I want to estimate
a Cox regression model stratified by trial with fixed and random
treatment effect.
Anyone knows if it is possible (and how) to run a model stratified by
trial with random treatment effect?
