st: Right axis

I am working on an overlaid graph with different left & right y-axes. 
I can't figure out how to control the right axis at all -- for 
example, to orient the tick labels horizontally & to override the 
range of values Stata gives me.  I have combed through the 
axis_label_options section of the Stata 9 Graphics manual but haven't 
yet found the answer.
Please help.
