st: ivreg2

The ivreg2 package of Baum, Schaffer & Stillman now requires Stata 8.2 
or better. A reliable but less capable earlier version, compatible with 
Stata 7.0,  is available from the software update published in the 
Stata Journal 4(2) via findit ivreg2.
