st: New package on SSC: -eclpci-

Thanks to Marcello Pagano who mantains the Statalist and to Kit Baum for
a new Stata package -eclpci- available from SSC.

-eclpci- calculates exact and approximate confidence limits for a
Poisson count (#obs). It provides a Standardized Mortality Ratio
(SMR=#obs/#exp) and its confidence limits if the expected number of
events (#exp) is specified.  It is an immediate command.
