The AHRQ web site provides translation from ICD9 to ICD10... perhaps
they also have something for the opposite direction.

I am looking for tool that will help me transcode ICD10 into ICD9.
Does such a program exist already? I tried a "net search icd" but that
did not bring up too much. Maybe someone has an idea. I appreciate you
help!
