st: -estimates store- limit

I would be happy if -estimates store- wasn't limited to 20 sets of 
estimation results.  The -outreg- program allowed appending in a 
horizontal fashion, but I believe that -estout- does not.  Perhaps 
-xtmixed- or -sureg- might be a way around the limit.  Any other ideas?
