st: GEE with complex survey data

Good (US EST) morning list, 

I am asking this for a colleague:

Is it possible to do generalized estimating equation regression models
using complex survey data in STATA?  Or, is this only possible in SAS
with SUDAAN?

Any suggestions or workarounds? If helpful I can supply examples of the data.
