I am trying to use a command to implement two stage PROBIT least
squares. It is called CDSIMEQ and the program was written by Omar M.
G. Keshk and reported on in The Stata Journal 3(2) in (2003), p. 1-11.
Do I have to download it or copy from somewhere? My Stata is not
recognizing it when I try to run the estimation, nor when I write
"help cdsimeq"
Can anyone help me with what to do?
