I already tried this.
The menu of windows is not bringing them back.
I think something is wrong with my system.

Do you mean, how to get them back?
Try ctrl-9
Or the long way: click Window, for a menu of windows to turn on (along with
keystroke equivalents). Not shown is the fact that ctrl-9 will toggle both
the Variables and Review windows.
On the other hand, if they are disappearing for no known reason, that's a
different matter and I can't help with that, but you should be able to get
them back as indicated above.
