st: how can I use gwarpreg.ado for cross validation?

Dear Statalist;

1. I have a difficulty in doing a cross validation using
gwarpreg.ado at http://www.stata.com/stb/stb30/snp10/
by  Nonparametric regression: Kernel, WARP and K-NN estimators
I.H. Salgado-Ugarte, M. Shimizu and T. Taniuchi.

It requires another input file named RESFILE which I do not know how to
create.

2. Also, if you know any other ado files which does the same task please
let me know.
