Many thanks to Scott and Kit for pointing this out. I'll purchase the
invidiual issue of the Stata Journal, which seems the only way to get hold
of the article, no? Kit, there's a broken link in
http://ideas.repec.org/a/tsj/stataj/v4y2004i4p442-448.html . The File URL:
http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj4-4/st0079/ points to a folder that
seems to be non-existent. I presume there are ado-files accompanying the
article supposed to be in this folder. Where could I find them instead?
