st: quartz & quickdraw labels for StataSE 8 OS X

Just a note to remind myself and others using StataSE 8 for OS X of the 
axis labeling bug when using the quartz 2d engine. Labels like those 
ranging from

ylabel(-800(400)800, angle(0)) ///

do not render properly--they don't align or rotate properly. Exporting 
to file, like a pdf file, when using quartz 2d propagates the bug. 
Doing the same with the older quickdraw engine gives the intended 
result.
